I have Trail Tech Honda stator, and am installing on a CRF250X.

Wire Color on CRF250X read as stator color to bike color - Green/White to Green/White (trigger), Blue/Yellow to Blue/Yellow(trigger), Blue to Blue/White(ignition power), White to White (ignition power), Yellow to Yellow (AC from stator to reg/rec), Yellow to Blue (AC from stator to headlight and reg/rec). Need to move blue wire from headlight to DC side of system (Red with white stripe)

On a CRF250R, CRF250X or CRF450R, how do I test the stator to verify that it is working correctly?

To test the stator, disconnect the two yellow leads from the stator to the reg/rec. Then measure the AC voltage. At idle the bike should measure 7 volts ac. It will measure between 35-40 volts ac at high rpm.
